Funeral services for the late Mrs. Sumi T. Hughes, 91 years old,

Florida-born, resident of Pasadena, who passed away on March 17, 2025, was held on March 31 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", officiated by Rev. Clifford Ishigaki.

She is survived by her son, Timothy (Pamela) Morimoto; daughter, Evelyn (Roy Barragan) Morimoto; Stepchildren, William (Celeste) and Peter (Loretta) Hughes; Grandchildren, Kristen and Jake Barragan, Sammy, Miya Hughes of CA and Haley Hughes of Oregon; sister, Yuri Long; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
