Obituary
IHORI, SUE SUMIYE, 89 year-old, resident of Torrance, passed away on August 4, 2008. Beloved mother of David Mitsuo (Kristine) and Steve Tamio (Ruth) Ihori; grandmother of Melissa (Erik) Iwai, Megan Ihori, Renee Ihori, Nicholas Ihori, and Lani Ihori; sister of Kuniko Higashi, Elsie Nozu of Reno, NV, James (Rumi) Hatano, Louie (Sachi) Hatano, Richard (Mitzi) Hatano of Bonsall, CA, and also, survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorial service will be held on August 15, 2008, 11:00 A.M. at Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 W. 166th St., Gardena, CA.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful if donations could be made in her name to the Japanese Cultural Institute, 1964 W. 162nd St. Gardena, CA. 90247.
