TANAKA, Steven Nobuo (69), a clinical laboratory scientist, passed away peacefully on February 22nd. Beloved husband of Dorothy Emiko Tanaka; father of Cynthia Saeko (David) Ely, Stephanie Fumiko (Eric) Hernandez, and Kimberly Emiko (Matthew) Tsushima; grandfather of Steven Yoshito and Catherine Saeko Ely; brother of Joy Kiyoko (Daniel) Castro and Phyllis Reysen; He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Mr. Tanaka was predeceased by his beloved brother, Paul Chiyoto Tanaka. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 2nd, 11am at Fukui Mortuary Chapel, 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles with Rev. Alfred Tsuyuki from Konko Church of Los Angeles officiating. He will be missed by all.
