Funeral services for the late Steve Takeo Takahashi, 87-year-old Suisun City, Calif.-born Nisei resident of Gardena who passed away on June 18 at the Little Company of Mary Hospital, will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 11 a.m., at Fukui Mortuary Chape, 707 E. Temple St., L.A., CA 90012, with Rinban Chuho Matsubayashi of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.

He is survived by his wife, Takiko Takahashi; sons, Karl (Mirlo) and Glen (Carol) Takahashi; daughters, Gail Kawato and Susan (Edward) Yamasaki; six grandchildren; and brothers and sister in Japan.
