Obituary
Memorial services for the late Rev. Shunji Fairfax Kuyama, 82-year-old, Urayasu, Japan born, resident of Japan, who passed away on March 18, 2011 from colorectal cancer will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2011, 11:00 AM at Centenary United Methodist Church, 300 S. Central Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90013, with Rev. Mark M. Nakagawa and Rev. KarenFay Ramos-Young officiating.
In accordance with Rev.S.F. Kuyama's wishes, in lieu of flowers the family will be accepting monetary donations which will be donated to The Centenary United Methodist Church.
Beloved father of Rev.Dr.Yasuhiko Richard Kuyama (Keiko), and Prof. Dr. Michihiko James Kuyama (Machiyo); grandfather of Jennifer, Katie, Carl and Esther Kuyama.
