Shunichi Takaoka's Obituary
Shunichi Takaoka, Sierra Madre born Nisei and resident of Los Angeles peacefully passed away on August 27, 2008 at the age of 89. He is survived by his two children, Sharon (Paul) Nakagawa and Robert Takaoka and grandson Garrett Nakagawa and other relatives.
Memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2008 at 1 p.m. at Senshin Buddhist Temple, 1311 W. 37th St., Los Angeles, California. Reverend Masao Kodani will officiate under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.
