Funeral service for Shunichi Nakashimo, 74-year-old Los Angeles born resident of Rosemead who passed away on June 22, 2013 at Keiro Nursing Home, will be held on Sat. June 29 at 10:30 AM at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. First St., Los Angeles.
He is survived by his wife, Chizuru Nakashimo; son, Bruce Yoichi (Tomoko) Nakashimo; grandsons, Kenny Daiki and Sean Toshiki Nakashimo; brother, Shoji (Masako) Nakashimo; sister, Miyoko (Sanji) Kanzawa; many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
