Shoichi Inouye, an 86-year-old, Hawaii-born Nisei resident of Gardena who honorably served in the National Guard passed away on May 30, 2016. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2016, 2:00 PM at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90012.

Shoichi was the beloved father of Ted Y., Ronald M. and Harry N. (Susie T.) Inouye and Karen S. (James) Kohara; proud grandfather of Gina K., Keith R., Joshua S. and Emily S. Inouye, Rachel E. and Zachary A. Kohara. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives both here and in Hawaii.
