Mrs. Shizuyo Mizutani, 91 years old, Wakayama Ken Japan born, resident of Los Angeles, passed away peacefully on December 6 th in the morning surrounded by her loved ones. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, Getadsu Church member, and friend. Throughout her life, she touched everyone's heart with her smile, laughter, kindness, and selfless personality. She was involved in many social activities, including sashiko, karaoke, choir, cooking, and many more. Loving and generous, she was always willing to help others, frequently volunteering and contributing to Gedatsu Church and her community.
She is survived by her children, Kiyoko (Yoshihisa) Makita of WA, and Seiichiro Mizutani; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Susie) Makita of WA, Tricia (Dennis) Kwan, and Jennifer Kiyomi (Roshan Mahtani) Mizutani; Great-grandchildren, Ashley, Sophie, Keira Makita of WA, and Lyla Kwan; Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
