Private funeral and interment services for the late Mrs. Shizuye Yoshioka, 90 year-old, Oxnard born Nisei resident of Arleta who passed away peacefully on November 16th, were held on Friday, November 21 and Monday, November 24th respectively at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" and Evergreen Cemetery with Rimban William Briones officiating.

She is survived by her loving family; daughters, Joyce Yoshioka of WA and Barbara Perlman of CA; grandchildren, Joslyn (David) Janapol of Oregon and Carly (Kevin) Perlman of CA; great-grandchildren, Chloe, Sage and Suki Janapol, Avery, Quinn and Morgan Schromm; sisters, Chiyoko Adachi and Emiko Ajifu both of CA; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
