Funeral services for the late Mrs. Shizuye Grace Tanouye, 96 year-old, El Centro, CA born Nisei resident of Cerritos, who passed away peacefully on August 5, 2017, will be held on Friday, August 25, 11:30 AM at Green Hills Memorial Park Chapel, 27501 So. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA with Bishop Noriaki Ito of Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple officiating.

She is survived by her loving family; children, Ann Tanouye, Janet Shigei, Susan Marumoto and Craig (Wendy) Tanouye; grandchildren, Kevin Kakita, Megan (Andrew) Hirsch, Jennifer (Jay Seat) Shigei, Nicole and Jessica Tanouye; great-grandchildren, Chloe, Jackson and Bennet Hirsch, Darrin and Reese Shigei-Seat; brother, Masaru (Ruby) Nakahara; sister-in-law, Yasuko Nakahara; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
