SHIZUYE SERA, age 91 passed away peacefully on December 22.
She was preceded in death by beloved husband, Masao Sera; son, Douglas Sera and son-in-law Roy Miyamoto.
She is the beloved sister of Masao (Bunny) Ogimachi, mother of Barbara Miyamoto and Ronald (Yvonne) Sera; mother-in-law of Lana Sera; grandmother of Mark (Brooke), Alyssa (Aaron) and Curtis; great-grandmother of Abigail, Emilia, Echo, Jack, Fin, Toru and Ava; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 03, 1:00 PM at Nishi Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E 1st Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
