HOKAMA, Pastor Shinsei (94) Passed away peacefully on May 25, 2018.

Hawaii born Nisei veteran and resident of Los Angeles, he served as a pastor here in Gardena, WLA and as a missionary in Japan, South America and Canada for many years.

He is survived by his loving family; children, Dennis (Pat), Galen (Elizabeth) Hokama, Carolyn Madeo, Calvin (Mutsumi) and Mory (Aiko) Hokama; (12) grandchildren; (14) great-grandchildren; brothers George and Tommy Hokama; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, August 5, 3:00 pm at Alhambra Seventh-day Adventist Church, 220 South Chapel Ave., Alhambra, CA., with Elder Dean Horinouchi officiating.
