Memorial service for SHINKO KISE, 80, a Kohala born Nisei and veteran of the Korean Conflict who passed away from an unfortunate automobile accident on December 2, will be held on Saturday, January 19, 11AM at the Journey of Faith, 1243 Artesia Blvd., Manhattan Beach. The family requests aloha attire.


Shinko, who is pre-deceased by his son Glen on April 2007 is survived by his wife, Ruth Y.; daughter, Jean Hashimoto; grandson, Daven Hashimoto; brothers, Shintoku (Harue), Shinse both of Hawaii and Shinso (Sally) Kise; sisters,  Chiyo Hirakawa of Hawaii, Kay Kaneshina, Kikue (Mike) Takaki of Florida and Tomie (Dee) Brady of Idaho and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
