MR. SHIN SAKO, 88, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2014, with family members at his side. Although a life-long bachelor, he will be remembered as a kind, gentle, family man, who always put others before himself. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kakutaro and Tomi Sako, and sister Rose Goto, brothers-in-law, George Okasaki and Lawrence "Pino" Kishida, and nephews, Ron Adachi and Gary Yamamoto. He will be dearly missed by his sisters, Etsuko Okasaki, Mary Kishida and Jayne (Mitsuo) Yamamoto, as well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Private family services were held on Saturday, November 29, 2014, at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
