Private funeral services for the late Shigeto "Fred" Yamamoto, 91 year old Sacramento, CA born Nisei resident of Gardena who passed away on February 25th at South Bay Keiro Nursing Home, were held on Friday, March 2nd, at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Rev. William Briones of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.

He is survived by his sister, Harumi Kato; nephew, Jerry (Marian) Takahashi; niece, Jane (Hiroshi) Honda; niece, Julie (Ed) Thomen; niece, Pauline (Jeff) Saunders. Also survived by many other relatives.
