A funeral service for the late Setsuko Okazaki, 58 year-old Hiroshima, Japan born resident of Monterey Park who passed away on August 26 in Hiroshima, Japan where her cremated remains were buried, will be held Saturday, September 16, 11:30 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, CA with Rev. Nobuko Miyoshi of Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple officiating, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

She is survived by her husband, Masahiko Okazaki; daughter, Catalina Shima (Gerald Shannon) Kamimura; son, Benjamin Kensaku Okazaki; grandchildren, Calvin Mas and Katey Mieko Kamimura; parents, Fujio and Kimiyo Takimoto of Japan; brother, Masaharu (Yukie) Takimoto; sisters, Hiroe Setogaichi and Sanae Miyamoto all of Japan; brother-in-law, Ted Tetsuya (Yukiko) Okazaki; nephews, Theodore Seichi (Rachel) and Max Minoru (Kathy) Okazaki; also many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
