Mrs. Setsuko Kohara, a 94-year-old, Pacoima, California-born, Kibei-Nisei resident of Garden Grove, Survivor of the Atomic bombing of Hiroshima, passed away on January 19, 2025.

Memorial Service will be held on February 7, 2025, 11 AM at Orange County Buddhist Church, 909 S. Dale Avenue, Anaheim, CA.

Mrs. Kohara was predeceased by her loving husband Tadachi Kohara; Devoted Mother of Kazutomo Fred Kohara, Kiyoko June (Kenyon) Quon, Michiko Kay Kohara.  She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
