Sen Akaba, 84 years old, passed away on December 6, 2020 at his residence.  He was born on August 1, 1936 in Oakland, California and lived the last 60 years in Los Angeles.

Mr. Akaba was predeceased by his beloved wife, Kimi June Akaba.  He is survived by his loving daughter, Cynthia Nishinaka, twin brother, Jun Akaba, two sisters, Sumi Yonemoto and Chiyo Asakawa, and grandson, Joshua Nishinaka.

Due to "COVID-19", a memorial service will be held in Los Angeles at a later date.  Inurnment will be at Park View Cemetery in Manteca, CA.
