SEIICHI OTA, 94-year-old, passed away peacefully at Silverado Beverly Place on December 9, 2017. Private service will be held at a later date.

Preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Amy Emiko Ota.

He is survived by his children, May K. (Johnny Gushiken) Ota, and Kenji (Liz) Ota, and Joan A. (Mark Alexander) Ota of Washington; brother, Frank (Taeko) Ota; also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives.
