Funeral services for Satsuko Theresa Sato, 95 years old, who passed away peacefully at home on April 20, will be held on Monday, April 27, at 10:30 a.m., at St. Francis Xavier Chapel, 222 S. Hewitt St., Los Angeles, CA 90012. There will be a viewing on Sunday, April 26, from 4 p.m. at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the garden" 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90012.
She was predeceased by her husband, Takeo C., and is survived by her 6 children, Chris (Grace), Tom, Yoko, Tim, Rosie, and John (Michelle); 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church; they also request casual attire or hawaiian.
