Satsuki Shigekawa passed away peacefully at Hollenbeck Palms in Los Angeles.  He was predeceased by his wife, Edna Sakimoto Shigekawa and son, Kenneth Shigekawa.  He is survived by daughter, Janet (Mark) Nakamaru and son, Philip (Lucy) Shigekawa.  Grandchildren Kimberly Nakamaru Pidancet (David), Nicole Nakamaru, Matthew Shigekawa, Kellen Shigekawa, Dylan Shigekawa and great grandson Rex.

At his request, there will be no services.  In lieu of flowers or o-koden, please make a contribution to Hollenbeck Palms or a charity of your choice.
