Private funeral services for the late Mr. Satoru Nomura, 92 year-old, Los Angeles California born, resident, who passed away on November 27, were held on Monday, December 7, 2009 at Fukui Mortuary " Chapel in the Garden ", officiated by Rimban Hiroshi Abiko of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.

He is survived by his nephew, Roy H. Sako; niece, Lillian E. Tsukahira; 7 great nieces and nephews; 9 great-great nieces and nephews; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives in Japan.
