Funeral services for Sandra Shigeko Uchida, 73-year-old, Rohwer, Arkansas born, resident of Culver City who passed away on Oct. 3, 2017 at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center, were held on Sat. Oct. 28 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with a minister from Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.

She is survived by her husband, Grennie Uchida; daughter, Ginelle (Chris) Sebastian; son, Garrett (Lyssa) Uchida; grandchildren, Natalie, Chanelle, Kristal and Jason Sebastian; sister, Patty (Stan) Abe; sister-in-law, Delcene (Tom) Kuwata; cousin, Dr. Russ (Pam) Shimizu M.D.; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
