Obituary
MR. SAM ISAMU NAKAGAWA, 95, Jermone, ID born Nisei, resident of Irvine, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2016 at Hoag Hospital Irvine.
He is survived by his loving family; sons, Derek (Caroline), Bryan (Candice) and Kevin (Eileen) Nakagawa; grandchildren, Kelly (Rafael) Oliveira, Tracie Nakagawa, Cara Moritz, Kristen, Chad and Reese Nakagawa; great-grandchildren, Ayden Moritz and Kayden Oliveira.
Private family funeral services were held on Saturday, January 16, at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Rimban William Briones of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.
