Funeral services for the late Sam S. Miyashiro, 84-year-old, Colorado born resident of Marina Del Rey, who passed away on January 26, 2008, will be held on Friday, February 1, 6:00 P.M. at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. 1st St., L.A., under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

He is survived by his daughter, Barbara (Randy) Sato; son, Ed (Roberta) Miyashiro; grandsons, Steven and Daniel Sato; granddaughter, Krista Miyashiro; sister, Mary Gima; brother, Willie "Bill" (Gloria) Miyashiro; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
