Funeral services for the late Sally Sakae Okabe, 94-year-old, Los Angeles born Nisei, who passed away on December 19, 2015, will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, 10:30 A.M. at Centenary United Methodist Church, 300 S. Central Ave. in Los Angeles.
She is survived by her children, Martin (Joyce) Okabe of Hawaii, Patti Okabe, Tom (Denise) Okabe, Rich Okabe of Arizona, and John Okabe; grandchildren, Michelle Okabe of Hawaii and Melissa Fujiyo Okabe; sister, Dr. Masako Miura; sisters-in-law, Yuri Kusayanagi, Catherine Uyeda and Fumi (Henry) Shiosaka; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
