KAWASHIMA, SAKIYO, age 93 passed away on February 15. Beloved wife of Jiro Kawashima; mother of Frank Takeshi (Betty), Steve Susumu, Gary Minoru (Sandra) Kawashima; grandmother of Kimi, Stacy, Michael, James, Brian, Keith Kawashima; sister of Jack (Kate) Muro; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Private funeral services were held on March 1, at Fukui Mortuary " Chapel in the Garden" officiated by Rinban Noriaki Ito of Higashi Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.
