Obituary
Memorial service and Celebration of Life for SAKAYE 'SUZIE' SATO, 83 year old, Kibei Nisei who passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2009 at her Los Angeles resident, will be held on Monday, March 30, 10:00 a.m. at South Bay Community Church, 1459 West 190th Street Gardena, 90248.
Sakaye is predeceased by her husband, John Masaji Sato; is survived by her daughters, Eiko (Raymond Bates) Sato, Jane(Keith)
Hirayama and Carol (Michael) Fukuda; grandchildren, Myles and
Derek (Atsuko) Hirayama and Dana and Jonathan Bates; brother,
Kazumasa (Emiko) Mikawa of Japan; sisters, Shigeko (Morimasa)
Nishikawa and Itsuko (Kazutaka) Kuroda both of Japan; also by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations to be made in
Sakaye's memory to The American Cancer Society or Roze Room
Hospice.
