Private funeral services for the late Mr. Sadao Watanabe, 84 year-old, Nisei veteran and resident of Torrance who passed away peacefully on October 26, 2018, were held on November 13 at Zenshuji Soto Mission.

He is survived by his loving family, wife, Terumi Watanabe; son, Ronald (Nadia) Watanabe of NH; daughter, Connie (Aki) Yamashiro; grandchildren, Hana, Sara and Aidan Watanabe all of NH; brother, Shigeo (Grace) Watanabe; also nieces, nephews and other relatives.
