Funeral services for 95-year-old Los Angeles native, Mrs. Sachiko Ota, who passed away on January 10, 2018 will be held Saturday, January 27, 2:00 P. M. at the West LA United Methodist Church, 1913 Purdue Ave, Los Angeles, California.

She is survived by her daughters, Coleen Matsuyo and Candice Tokiyo Ota; granddaughter, Jaclyn Chiyomi (Steve) Lee, and Christine Akimi (Chad) Yamasaki of HI; great-granddaughter, Rylee Akimi Yamasaki of HI; sister, Haruko Nakata; daughter-in-law, Amy Shizue Ota; also survived by nieces, nephews and relatives here and in Hawaii.
