Ryan was born December 12, 1982, in Torrance, CA. Ryan was described by his friends as the nicest guy you would ever meet. Professionally, he was a person who everyone wanted to work with. As a father, he was someone who would do anything for his child. On social media he defined himself as a geek, father and husband.

On January 23, 2023, Ryan suffered from a massive stroke and was later pronounced dead.

Ryan's life was filled with joy. He was an avid chess player, Disneyland fanatic, festival goer and walking encyclopedia of movie and television trivia. He was always willing to go above and beyond for his family and friends. The pride and joy was his son Rhys.

Ryan always said that when he died he did not want people to be sad. He wanted to celebrate his life and remember the good times. Even in death, Ryan thought of others and wanted people to embrace the joy that his life brought.
