RUTHY MATSUMOTO, 68, Brighton, CO born native and resident of Los Angeles, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2018.

She is survived by her loving family; sons, Garrett Louie and Corey Shum; grandson Alexander Louie; brother, Jim Shimizu Jr.; sisters Ann (Vernon) Lee, Nancy S. (Mayson) Kodama and Kathy (Michael) Ozawa; many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews; also survived by many relatives, 2 dogs and 1 cat.

Celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, September 15, at 10:30AM at West Covina Christian Church, 1100 E. Cameron Ave., West Covina.
