A memorial service for the late Russell M. Hitomi, 83 year-old,
Sacramento born resident of La Mirada who passed away on September 25th will be held on Saturday, October 5th, 4:00 pm at Faith United Methodist Church, 2115 W. 182nd St., Torrance, with Rev. George Nishikawa officiating.
He is survived by his long time companion, Betty Yamasaki; children, Cynthia (Eddie) Ishizaki, Clifford (Carolyn) Hitomi and Jamie (Sean Richardson)Higashi;grandchildren, Claire Ishizaki, Justin and Kacie Hitomi and Jodi Higashi; sister, Sandy (Art) Sugiyama; sister-in-law, Lu Hitomi; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
