Memorial services for the late Mr. Russ Show Yamada, a Long Beach, California-born, Yonsei resident of Torrance who passed away unexpectedly on September 3, 2011 while surfing at San Onofre State Beach will be held on Friday, September 16, 10:00 AM at Gardena Valley Baptist Church, 1630 W. 158th St., Gardena, CA 90247, officiated by Pastor Stephen Langley. The family requests aloha attire for the service.

Russ was predeceased by his father Manzo Yamada. Beloved son of Jean (Masayuki) Butsumyo; brother, Scott (Dena) Yamada. Also survived by many other relatives.
