Funeral service for RUBY Y. IIZUKA, 83, a Fresno born Nisei and resident of Torrance who passed away at the Earlwood Care Center on January 22, will be held on Friday, February 2, 11:00AM at Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 West 166th St., Gardena, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

She is survived by her son, Melvin (Pearl); daughter, Jane (Gregg) Blodgett of Seattle; grandchildren, Lisa and Kristin Iizuka and Kelsey and Ben Blodgett; brothers, James (Jean) Miyanaga of Henderson and Frank Miyanaga of Arnold; sisters, Masako Oka of San Jose and Mary (Roy) Miyata of San Martin and many nieces and nephews.
