Roy Toshiyuki Sera, 70, of Hacienda Heights, California died on December 27, 2013. A service was held on January 8, 2014 at Fukui Mortuary in Los Angeles, California. Roy is the youngest child of Risaku and Tamae Sera. He was born on October 13, 1943 in Wailuku, Hawaii.

He is survived by former wife Monique Sera; two sons, James Christian Sera and Daniel Mikio Sera. He is also survived by sister Margie Asako Yoneda of Honolulu, Hawaii and brother Sadao Sera of Kahului, Hawaii. Roy is predeceased by his parents, and two brothers Hideo and Herbert Sera.
