Roy Saburo Nishida was born on April 1,1926 in Los Angeles to Shinsuke and Suye Nishida.   He passed away peacefully at home in the presence of his family on February 5, 2021; but took with him almost 95 years of priceless memories and left a loving family who misses him very much.  He is survived by wife, Michiko; daughter, Amy; son, Kenny (Lena); Grandchildren, Eileen, Jeffrey, Jennifer and Janessa; Great Grandchildren, Kaya, Ian and Aidan.  He is also survived by sister, Yasuko; sister-in-law, Nanako; along by many nephew and nieces.

A private family service held on March 6, 2021 at Fukui Mortuary.  He will be laid to rest at Inglewood Park Cemetery in Los Angeles.
