A private family service for the late Roy Masayoshi Kouchi, 101-year-old, Stockton, California-born, resident of Huntington Beach, who passed away peacefully on November 3, 2024, was held on Saturday, November 23 at Orange County Buddhist Church in Anaheim.

Roy Masayoshi lived a long, healthy, and fulfilling life of hard work, resilience, and happy memories.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Michiko; children, Kathryn K. (Michael) Sato, Dr. Linda K. Ando, and Kenneth T. (Helen) Kouchi; grandchildren, Keila Sato, and Kyle and Dylan Ando; he is also survived by other relatives.  He was pre-deceased by his son-in-law, Mark Ando.
