Roy I. Ishii passed away peacefully on March 17, 2021. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and moved to California after graduating from the University of Hawaii with a BBA degree in accounting. After gaining experience with a Big 8 CPA firm, he started what became a successful practice, maintaining certificates as a CPA, PFS, and CFP. Roy lived life to the fullest. He ran 16 marathons, piloted his airplane, navigated his yacht, and enjoyed an array of sports cars. Roy traveled the world, and enjoyed the finest foods and wines. He was an avid golfer, as a club member of Rolling Hills, Palos Verdes, and Moanalua Golf Clubs, but most enjoyed golfing with his Hawaiian golfing buddies. He is survived by his daughter, Lee Ann (Richard); grandchildren, Lauren and Michael; and son, Jonathan. The family requests no flowers or Koden. Funeral services were held privately.
