Robert Koyu Yamashiro
Memorial services for the late Robert Koyu Yamashiro, 78 year old, Kaneohe, Hawaii born Nisei resident of Torrance who passed away peacefully on March 13, will be held on Monday, March 24, 6 PM at Faith United Methodist Church, 2115 W. 182nd St., Torrance, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary. The family requests Aloha attire for the service and that in lieu of flowers a donation be made in the name of Robert Koyu Yamashiro to the American Diabetes Foundation at www.diabetes.org.
He is survived by his children, Russell, Roger and Linda Yamashiro, and Diane (Wendel) Miyashiro; grandchildren, Robert and Dustin Miyashiro; long-time companion, Mildred Suan. Also survived by many other relatives.
