YAMASAKA, ROBERT TAMOTSU longtime resident of Gardena, passed away on December 22, 2015 at the age of 78. Predeceased by his wife, Annie Kiyoko in 2000. He was the beloved father to sons Steven (LaVerne), Gary (Tricia) and Wayne (Lori) Yamasaka; grandfather to Toby Yamasaka. He is also survived by his mother Fumie Yamasaka and brother Craig (Gail) Yamasaka of HI; along with many relatives here and in Hawaii.

Private funeral services were held on January 8, 2016, officiating by Rev. John Iwohara of Gardena Buddhist Church.
