Obituary
MR. ROBERT TAKEO TANAKA, 77, US Army Veteran, Oahu, HI born native, resident of Torrance, passed away on February 24, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Tanaka; son, Randy (Christine) Tanaka; daughter, April Tanaka; grand-daughter, Sydney Tanaka; brother, Wallace (Janet) Tanaka; sisters, Alice Couch and Betty (Charles) Lau, the latter three of Hawaii, also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Hawaii.
Private family memorial services were held on Saturday, March 8, at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", with Rev. Keith Yamamoto of St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
