Private memorial services for the late Mr. Robert Shirahama, a 90-year-old, Pasadena, California-born Nisei resident of Los Angeles and a former internee of Rohwer Relocation Camp during WWII who passed away on September 23, 2011 were held on October 1, 2011 at Evergreen Cemetery officiated by Rev. Nobuko Miyoshi of Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple.



He is survived by his beloved wife, Miyoko Shirahama; children, Barbara, Susan (Benjamin Yee) and Scott Shirahama; grand-daughter, Tani Yee of New York. Also survived by many other relatives.
