Rikito Rick Momii, 89, Hilo, Hawaii-born Nisei resident of Los Angeles, passed away on March 15 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife, Yasu; son, Rick and his wife, Patti; daughter, Judy Momii Hoy; and son, Randy and his wife, Staci; grandsons, Adam Samson and Davis Rikito Momii; sisters-in-law, Molly Momii of Berkeley; Fumiko Momii of Menlo Park; and Etsuko Momii of Chicago; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.


Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 5, from 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 961 South Mariposa Avenue, Los Angeles, with The Rev. Canon Richard Van Horn officiating under the direction of Fukui Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Endowment Fund.
