A private family service for the late Richard Hajime Ohtomo, 96-year-old, New York born, resident of Rancho Palos Verdes, who passed away on May 29, 2026, was held on Saturday, June 27th at Palos Verdes Baptist Church in Rolling Hills Estates.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kiyoko Ohtomo; daughters, Lisa (Robert) Hladek and Kathy Ohtomo; grandsons Hunter Hladek and Ethan Hladek. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew and other relatives.
