Public visitation for the late Richard Toshio Matsuoka, 64-year-old, Santa Maria, CA born resident of Villa Park, who passed away on May 10, 2006 at his residence, will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 7:00-9:00 P.M. at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", 707 E. Temple St., L.A. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 18, 7:30 P.M. at Wintersburg Presbyterian Church, 2000 N. Fairview St., Santa Ana.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Carol Matsuoka; children, Deron (Sylvia) Matsuoka, Lori (Glen) Tagami, and Jill (Aaron) Axtell; grandchildren, Micah Matsuoka and Kate Axtell; mother, Linda Matsuoka; sisters, Sharon (Robert) Van Tassel, Jayne Kawaoka and Ann Matsuoka; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
