Raymond Noboru Kamisugi, an 82-year-old, Oahu, HI born resident of Los Angeles, passed away on March 15, 2018.  No services will be held per his request.

He is survived by his siblings, Mitsuo Kamisugi, Yoshie (Teruo) Kusunoki, Henry (Annie), George (Nancy), Hideo, James (Tomie), Donald (Amy), and Edwin (Diane) Kamisugi; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
