A private memorial service for the late Ray R. Yakura who passed away peacefully on November 5th at San Gabriel Valley Medical Center, was held on Tuesday, November 17th at Green Hills Memorial Park Chapel with The Rev. Marilyn Omernick of St. Mary's Episcopal Church officiating. He is survived by his loving wife, Tomiko A. Yakura; daughter, Gail (Hachiro) Kondo; sisters-in-law, Mary Yakura and Yoshiko Tsutsumi; also by other relatives.
