Rachel Teruko Tomita, age 89, was born in Kailua, Hawaii, and  a resident of Huntington Beach, passed away on February 20, 2025

at Placentia Linda Hospital.

Beloved mother of Michael his wife Karen Tomita; grandmother of Riley Tomita; sister of Sue Flynn; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives here and in Hawaii.

A Private Memorial service will be held at Eastside Christian Church of Anaheim, and her ashes will be buried at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific with her predeceased husband, Paul Masaharu Tomita.
